SDA Sports Diver

  • Navigation and  Dive Medic /CPR-First Aid Required.
  • Max. Training Depth 40m. Certified to dive to 30m.
 

Academics / Theory: Dive Physics, Equipment, Decompression Theory, Dive Planning, Dive Safety, Accident Management, Marine Environments & Hazards, Sports Nitrox to 40%.

Environmental Module for Cold Water is included and HSE Risk Assessment. (If not previously completed.)  Program may be taught as an Upgrade from Resort Diver or 2**Star Diver Programs.  

Time Scales:Dives may be conducted, 3 dives per day, (Minimum Interval is 60mins. or 120mins for dives below 20m.) 3 to 4 Days, Open Water.  Academics sessions 8 hrs. minimum. but 4 days recommended.

Resort Divers May Upgrade to this level or If you ONLY want to dive in Resort Environments you do not need to...  Cold Water Divers may Dive in ANY Environments, except Overhead (without Training & Certification).
